Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Poland is seeking a Product Analyst to join Allegro's Test Drive AB testing platform. You will apply applied math and ML to support data-driven decisions across teams involved in product testing and analytics.

You will collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and guard platform capabilities, while enjoying a hybrid work model and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with data, ideally in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Understanding of statistics and probability is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and calm decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

• Large-Scale Data Processing: Analyzing massive datasets in Google Cloud Platform (GCP); ETL tasks are common.

Become a Product Analyst at Allegro's Test Drive - AB testing platform.

Are you a seasoned analyst, mathematician, or statistician ready to make a significant impact on one of the world's largest eCommerce platforms? At Allegro's AI Hub, we're building an internal AB testing platform. Applied math and ML to build a robust backbone for data-driven decisions across a vast number of teams at Allegro. In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:

• Large-Scale Data Processing: Handling and analyzing massive datasets within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). ETL is a big part of this job.
• Statistical Guarding & Quality Assurance: Ensuring data integrity and the mathematical reliability of experiment results.
• Product Feature Development: Partnering with data and software engineers to design and implement new platform capabilities.
• Platform Servicing: Monitoring feature adoption, performing metric validation, and driving automated insights generation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engaging with business stakeholders, analytics, and data engineering teams to align the platform with company goals.

We are looking for people with:

• At least 3 years of experience working with data, ideally in e-commerce
