• Being responsible for Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process.
• Following up with users, suppliers, and analyzingtheir behaviors.
• Inquiring on financial documents.
• Performingcatalogue and system updates based on analysis of purchasing behaviors.
• Carrying out and supportingDanfoss sourcing strategies.
• Cooperatingwith colleagues from different countries

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Experience in Operational Purchasing, Logistics, Customer service or Finance (AP, AR).
• Fluent level of English and German. Knowledge of other European languages would be a strong asset.
• Experience in working with procurement systems will be an advantage.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to details.
• Knowledge of SAP/SAP Ariba.
