Job summary

KION Business Services Polska in Cracow is seeking an R&A Process Manager responsible for end-to-end governance, development, and optimization of the Global Finance reporting process. You will act as the central interface between Finance and IT, ensuring data integrity and timely monthly closings.

You will maintain and develop reporting systems such as Reportal, SAP SEM-BCS, SAP BW, and Microsoft BI, driving process improvement and leading projects with internal teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Finance reporting and consolidation processes, supported by experience in SAP-based reporting and consolidation environments.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools and a good understanding of data models, validation logic, and system interfaces.
• Practical experience in testing, documentation, change management, and incident management within Finance or reporting-related processes.
• Very good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Global Finance reporting process, ensuring data consistency, integrity, transparency, and smooth support of the monthly closing.
• Maintain and further develop key Finance reporting and consolidation systems, including Reportal, SAP SEM-BCS, SAP BW, and Microsoft BI.
• Act as the key interface between Finance and IT, translating business needs into functional concepts and technical requirements and providing ongoing support to business users.
• Coordinate change requests, system enhancements, and incident management, including prioritization, testing, implementation, documentation, and business approval.
• Develop and optimize data collection, consolidation, planning, and reporting processes, including interfaces, mappings, forms, validations, and automation solutions.
• Drive the development and harmonization of reports, KPIs, reporting standards, and self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.
• Manage authorization and access concepts for Finance reporting systems, ensuring appropriate user permissions and alignment with governance standards.
• Lead projects within Controlling and Accounting from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and stabilization, coordinating internal teams and external consultants.
