What can you expect your day to look like?
  • Analyze & Evaluate: Identify gaps in existing processes, collect data, and propose actionable improvements.

Plan & Implement: Define objectives, scope, budget, and timelines for improvement projects and oversee execution.

Drive Change: Foster Lean culture, introduce automation & digitalization, and implement efficiency-driven solutions.

Collaborate: Engage with stakeholders across all levels, organize training sessions, and champion adoption of change.

Measure & Improve: Define KPIs, track progress, and continuously refine processes using insights and data.

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business, or Process Management.

Proven success in 3+ process improvement projects that delivered measurable results.

3+ years applying Lean methodologies (knowledge of other frameworks is a plus).

Strong skills in stakeholder management, data analysis, and process automation solutions.

Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.

Base monthly salary: from zł12160 to zł15200 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
