Job summary

ICG Warsaw is seeking an Associate in Private Markets Operations to support SDP booking and maintain deal economics within WSO. You will coordinate with Deal Teams, Fund Accounting and external agents to ensure accurate recording of lifecycle events and strong data controls.

The role is hybrid in Warsaw, with emphasis on operational resilience, reconciliations and timely booking across the SDP operating model.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in private markets operations, middle office, or asset support in financial services.
• Practical experience using WSO or a comparable loan administration/investment book of records system.
• Understanding of private market loan lifecycle events and booking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SDP private credit transactions are captured accurately in WSO.
• Review tickets, notices and documents to validate terms before booking.
• Support WSO activity including new deals, drawdowns, rollovers and fees.
