Job summary

IFS in Kraków is seeking two Principal Platform Engineers to unify authentication and authorization across our AI-native enterprise software platform. You will design and ship production-ready platform services, APIs and automation with a focus on secure, scalable identity capabilities.

You should have substantial hands-on experience building platforms or shared infrastructure, with Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, and Go tooling.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on platform engineering experience.
• Experience designing, building and operating shared infra or platforms.
• Strong coding/scripting skills for infrastructure and automation.
• Production ownership with self-service capabilities for developers.
• Experience with containerised services on Kubernetes in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and build platform services, APIs and automation.
• Own production capabilities and establish reusable patterns for product teams.
• Deliver secure authentication/authorization with automated, self-service workflows.
• Write and review infrastructure and automation code, plus platform integrations.
• Contribute to Go-based tooling and services across environments.
