Job summary

GFT Technologies Poland is seeking a seasoned Data Engineer/Architect to design and optimize modern data platforms supporting analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making. You will work with business stakeholders and engineering teams to shape data strategies and ensure high quality, scalable solutions in cloud environments.

The role emphasizes building data architectures on Databricks/Snowflake and leveraging GCP tools, with a strong focus on data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer, Lead Data Engineer, or Data Architect.
• Strong expertise in SQL.
• Strong expertise in Python.
• Experience with Spark or PySpark.
• Experience in data architecture, data quality, metadata management, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience with cloud data engineering tools within GCP.
• Experience designing data architectures on Databricks and/or Snowflake platforms.

Responsibilities
