Job summary

Autodesk’s Technical Advisory organization is building a scalable knowledge platform that transforms implementation expertise into structured, reusable guidance within Workflow Advisory.

The Principal Knowledge Acquisition Analyst designs and operates systems that capture and transform knowledge from consulting engagements, including AI-powered extraction and templated outputs for downstream content production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in knowledge management, information systems, or related field.
• Experience with AI/LLM-based workflows in production.
• Experience designing data pipelines, structured capture, or transformation processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to define/measure quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate AI-powered pipelines to capture knowledge from enterprise sources.
• Define and evolve the conceptual knowledge model with ontology governance.
• Manage and optimize AI agents, including prompt design and evaluation.
• Define chunking strategies for artifacts and collaborate on retrieval-ready structures.
• Define requirements for embedding/vectorization to enable semantic search and retrieval.
• Define quality metrics and continuously improve pipeline performance.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive information and governance compliance.
