Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a senior logistics leader in Katowice to drive regional primary logistics operations in alignment with global strategy. You will lead a multi-country team, manage complex networks, and ensure service reliability while optimizing performance and driving improvements.

The role requires 9+ years in logistics, strong leadership, and fluency in English to coordinate across factories, DCs, and partners. A hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Your role

Lead and optimize regional primary logistics operations aligned with global strategy. You will drive performance, manage complex logistics networks, and ensure service reliability across multiple countries. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on team leadership, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Your tasks
  • Lead execution of regional primary logistics flows
  • Translate global strategy into operational plans
  • Own KPIs: OTIF, capacity, and service levels
  • Manage disruptions, delays, and recovery actions
  • Coordinate across factories, DCs, and logistics partners
  • Oversee service providers and ensure compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Lead and develop the regional logistics team
Your profile
  • Min. 9 years in logistics/supply chain, including leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Experience managing regional or global logistics networks
  • Knowledge of customs and international trade regulations
  • Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Fluent English and ability to work in complex, multi-country environments
  • Readiness to work late shifts (8 hours between 12PM-12AM)
