This exciting role of Rebates & Pricing Specialist based in Poland has the responsibility for facilitating, coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities with regards to the French and European market. This position requires attention and focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner to the accounting, finance and commercial teams. By doing so, you will directly contribute to our financial accuracy and enhance our relationship with partners, making your role both essential and impactful from the very start.

This is an office/hybrid role 4 days at Warsaw office and Fridays at home.

What You Can Expect
  • Manage the customer rebates and promotional invoices (High volume), ensuring customer invoices are validated with the accruals tracker and processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate setting up and changing of rebates in the SAP system to prevent queries.
  • Providing necessary & meaningful reports to local business team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Finance team.
  • Analyze and negotiate resolution of rebate audit queries received from customers.
  • Assist with key periodic (month end close, quarter close, year-end etc.) business targets.
  • Tracking of customer rebate programs. Calculation and ensuring appropriate monthly accruals are in place in ERP system -SAP S4Hanna.
  • Setting up customer prices in SAP post review by Pricing and Rebates Manager.
  • Collaborating with Finance, before month end in Strip Net Sales review meetings to ensure that accrual numbers are correctly reflected/calculated.
  • Manage the data flow of discount recognition, including monitoring volume and claim files have been loaded correctly.
  • Support the development of reporting tools required for recognition & analysis of discounts.
  • Receive and verify discount invoices.

  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written (mandatory)

What Makes You Unique
  • Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); finance, accounting or business administration, or equivalent
  • Experience in alcohol beverage or branded consumer products, multinational organization preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP
  • Knowledge of SAP desired but not essential
