Overview
Presale Solutions Architect (role in Polish). Responsible for first contact with new clients, presenting technology and process capabilities of Future Processing, recommending best solutions, and acting as a trusted partner and service provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Design software architecture for new and existing clients in accordance with company technology strategy.
- Prepare implementation plans and deliver presentations on technology and process opportunities.
- Engage directly with clients to understand technical and business needs, document solutions, and advise on technology choices.
- Collaborate with business units in proposals and supporting sales objectives.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
- Improve sales tools, processes, and materials to maximize client acquisition.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities, negotiate project scope and timelines, and manage risk.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years in IT; at least 1 year in a Lead Developer, Architect, or similar role.
- Deep technical knowledge of at least one technology platform or programming language (senior level).
- Experience in researching and defining client requirements, designing and planning large‑scale IT systems.
- Advanced Polish and English (C1) proficiency; travel to client sites within Poland is required.
- Excellent presentation, sales, decision‑making, and risk‑management skills.
