Job summary

A leading engineering company in Poland is seeking a Pre-Production Engineer to develop and maintain assembly instructions for electromechanical systems. The role involves managing engineering changes, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with production teams. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in pre-production engineering. Proficiency in English or German is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Completed technical education as Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or similar) with Technician diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in pre-production engineering, assembly documentation, or manufacturing support.
  • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems; familiarity with power electronics is a plus.
  • Good command of English or German is an advantage.
