Job summary

BPX is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to lead reporting and analytics work for a merger integration program. You will design and deliver dashboards, data models and reports that align requirements across two organisations, while engaging with international stakeholders.

The role is mostly remote, with English as the working language, and starts in November 2026 for a 3-6 month engagement with potential extension. You will work autonomously in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Very good knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources.
• Good understanding of data transformation and reporting architecture.
• Experience working with complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions.
• Support the integration and harmonisation of reporting across two merging organisations.
• Work with multiple data sources and ensure consistency and quality of reporting data.
• Build and optimise data models, measures and calculations.
• Develop solutions using Power Query and DAX.
• Analyse existing reports and identify opportunities for consolidation or improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams and other technical teams involved in the integration programme.
• Troubleshoot performance and data-quality issues.
• Support the transition towards a common reporting landscape.
