Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a hands-on IT professional to work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify priorities and define a clear scope for delivery. You will design solutions with the team and document decisions for easy maintenance, implement changes via Calypso configuration and development when needed (e.g., Java), and lead functional testing with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience from financial markets and post-trade (securities settlement).
• Experience combining analysis, solution design and hands-on implementation.
• Hands-on experience delivering changes in an IT development setup (agile or hybrid).
• Ability to understand system architecture and balance functionality, performance and maintainability.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify priorities and define scope for delivery.
• Design solutions with the team and document decisions so they are easy to understand, maintain and evolve.
• Implement changes through Calypso configuration and, when needed, development (e.g., Java, integrations and automation).
• Plan and execute functional testing/UAT with stakeholders, and continuously improve quality and test automation where possible.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, drive root-cause analysis and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
