The opportunity

As the Portfolio Intelligence & Project Governance Teamlead at Teva, you will play a pivotal role within our Portfolio Hub in Warsaw in translating insights into action. This role gathers and analyses data (intelligence), translates it into trends and opportunities, and ensures through governance processes that these insights become actionable projects – acting as a bridge between analysis and execution. In addition, the role drives the transformation from a fragmented setup to a centralized, insight‑driven model, building new processes, tools, and ways of working.

How you’ll spend your day

• Build and lead a team of Portfolio & Project Managers in the Portfolio intelligence & governance framework
• Translate monitoring and analysis into actionable projects
• Ensure standardized tools, processes, and reporting formats aligned with regional and global Portfolio‑strategy
• Drive transformation and change management across functions
• Facilitate governance routines, decision‑making, and project tracking

Your experience and qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5‑7 years of professional experience in analytics and market insights – preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors
• A proven track record of team‑building
• Proficiency in governance and project management expertise
• Clear communication across functions and geographies
• Fluency in English

Willingness to be based in Poland and travel across Europe as needed (10‑20%)
