As the Portfolio Intelligence & Project Governance Teamlead at Teva, you will play a pivotal role within our Portfolio Hub in Warsaw in translating insights into action. This role gathers and analyses data (intelligence), translates it into trends and opportunities, and ensures through governance processes that these insights become actionable projects – acting as a bridge between analysis and execution. In addition, the role drives the transformation from a fragmented setup to a centralized, insight‑driven model, building new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Willingness to be based in Poland and travel across Europe as needed (10‑20%)
