Job summary

Internationalschools in Wrocław is seeking an experienced educator to plan lessons in advance, prepare materials, and track student progress across key stages. You will coordinate with the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator to meet annual objectives.

Collaborating with the Psychology Department, you will support students with academic or behavioral needs, maintain grade books, attend meetings, and engage parents in school activities while upholding ISP safeguarding principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
• Maintain the grade book up to date and enter grades on schedule.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs.
• Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
• Attend institutional workshops.
• Participate in parent meetings and special school activities.
• Comply with the established work schedule and policies.
