Job summary

Gramian Consultancy is seeking Polish bilingual experts to contribute to a language and AI training project in Poland. You will evaluate Polish audio for nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity, while providing clear feedback in English.

No prior AI experience is required; your Polish language expertise is the key. You will work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and deliver evaluations on time, maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish with excellent spoken and written command.
• Minimum B2-level English with clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail to identify pronunciation and fluency differences.
• Ability to provide structured, objective feedback.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Polish audio clips and evaluate nativeness and fluency.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Provide clear, concise written feedback in English explaining observations.
• Provide detailed justifications to support consistent evaluations.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide insights to help improve AI systems' Polish language understanding.
• Complete assigned audio evaluation tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain high quality standards across evaluations.
