Job summary

YO HR Consultancy seeks a Generalist contractor to listen to Polish audio, evaluate nativeness and fluency, and assess pronunciation and linguistic authenticity. You will document clear English feedback and provide justifications for each evaluation.

You will collaborate with project coordinators and contribute insights to improve AI model performance in Polish language understanding and generation, ensuring timely completion of review tasks with high quality.

About Role

No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

• Listen to audio clips in Polish and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
• Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Polish language understanding and generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Polish, with strong command of both spoken and written language.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is prefered.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset.
