Job summary

Productive Playhouse is building a pool of Polish-speaking evaluators for testing and evaluating leading AI chatbots. This is a contractor, task-based project open to freelancers outside the U.S. You set your own hours and may work with other clients.

Pay is $14.00 USD per hour, with work arriving in batches and potential pauses between them. As an AI Evaluator, you will directly interact with AI models to assess performance, safety, and usefulness.

Qualifications

• Native or expert-level fluency in Polish (Poland) required.
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models.
• Comfortable with both written and voice-based conversation.
• Own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and comfort with web-based tools.
• Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment.
• Responsive communicator with quick onboarding.
• Available to start within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with AI chatbots and language models to evaluate capabilities, safety, and usefulness.
• Follow project-specific tasks outlined in the SOW for structured evaluations.
• Submit deliverables (ratings, write-ups, screenshots, or recordings) as required by each task.
