Job summary

The role reports to the local Assistant Manager and requires fluent English and French and strong MS Office skills. The position emphasizes data processing, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail within a global insurer known for diverse risk

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant experience
• Fluency in English (B2) is required
• Fluency in French (B2) is required
• Excellent data processing skills

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL’s systems and databases via interpretation of contracts and correspondence
• Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data
• Production of monitoring reports and handling of exceptions
• Resolution of data quality issues
• Production of insurance documents (certificates, endorsements, policy wordings)
• Conducting clearance and sanctions checks
• Electronic filing of documents
• Undertaking other duties as reasonably required by the company
