Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Poland is seeking a part-time (50% FTE) Polarion ALM Technical Consultant to join our global team delivering enterprise-grade ALM solutions. You will administer, configure, and evolve Polarion ALM environments, ensuring stability, performance, and ongoing improvement across the full application lifecycle.

You will work directly with customers, handle server and database components (Linux/Windows, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, LDAP/AD), and produce technical documentation while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Polarion ALM experience including admin and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Linux/Windows server administration and databases (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
• Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory integrations and security considerations.
• Strong problem solving and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with integrations to Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administering, configuring, and maintaining Polarion ALM environments across multiple stages.
• Troubleshooting complex application, server, and infrastructure issues to ensure availability and security.
• Managing underlying Polarion infrastructure including apps, databases, and system integrations.
• Collaborating with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and support integrations.
• Producing technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer and ongoing operational support.
