The ideal candidate will have a degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy and 2-3+ years of relevant sales experience. Fluency in Polish and English is required, alongside strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. This role includes collaboration across various functions and travel within Poland.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in OTC, hospital or pharmacy sales within the pharmaceutical or consumer health industry.
• Strong track record in pharmacy key account management, preferably with experience in handling pharmacy chains or wholesalers.
• Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs to develop actionable insights.
• Adaptable and resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales and Promotion of product portfolio to key accounts within the Polish pharmacy channel.
• Develop and Execute Account Plans to build partnerships with strategic pharmacy customers.
• Map and Engage Key Stakeholders in wholesale and retail distribution.
• Monitor Market Trends and provide timely insights for planning.
