Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial leadership or general management in lighting/electrical sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish market and distribution channel.
• Proven ability to build, lead and develop commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Polish market.
• Build, develop, and lead the local organization, including talent recruitment and onboarding.
• Establish processes and performance standards to support growth.
• Lead and motivate the sales organization to achieve business objectives.
• Develop relationships with electrical distributors and strategic partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand presence in Poland.
• Monitor performance and KPIs, implementing improvements where needed.
• Collaborate with headquarters to align strategy and priorities.
