Dollar General Lead Sales Associate in Poland focuses on maintaining a clean, organized store with a customer-first approach. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, stock and display merchandise, and support store leadership to maximize profitability and satisfaction while protecting assets.

You may act as a lead in the absence of Store Manager, open/close shifts under direction, and help train and supervise teammates as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with planograms and merchandise presentation guidelines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer service leadership.

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; handle payments and bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; assist with displays.
