Qualifications

• Proven track record of accomplishments in a fast paced environment similar to Amazon Operations.
• Extensive experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law.
• Experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of people programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Advise managers and HR teams on employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with Poland and EU legislation.

Skills

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Polish (CEFR C2)

Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Demonstrate problem solving and analytical capability

Proven presentation and communication skills

Good understanding of MS Office tools

Education

Relevant post graduate education in human resources or employee relations
