Freedom24 is seeking a Country Director to lead our Warsaw, Poland office. Based in Warsaw, you will oversee operations, regulatory compliance with KNF, and public-facing activities to support growth in the Polish market.

The role combines governance with operational leadership, requiring a credible regulatory track record and strong English communication to position Freedom24 in the EU financial services space.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative/operational management (COO-type profile) within an investment/brokerage company.
• Regulatory approval experience in Poland or another EU jurisdiction.
• Strong public presence and comfort with media, conferences and public speaking.
• Fluent English in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and operations for the Poland market, including local business planning and KPI monitoring.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, KNF interactions, AML/KYC and data protection standards.
• Manage public relations, media engagements and local brand localization.
• Build and guide a local team while aligning with European headquarters.
