Qualifications

• ACCA or CIMA is a plus.
• Strong expertise in Accounting Standards: US GAAP or IFRS, Polish GAAP.
• Multinational experience preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced ERP/consolidation systems like Onestream/Hyperion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate Local GAAP reporting and statutory compliance.
• Oversee and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting.

Skills

Strong experience in controlling and leadership roles

Fluent in English

Analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
