Responsibilities

• Строить и поддерживать инфраструктуру Data Platform в AWS и GCP.

Sii Poland provides IT services and consulting. The role supports a European fintech scale-up by building a cloud-based data platform across AWS and GCP for scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data solutions.

Задачи

• Build and maintain Data Platform infrastructure across AWS and GCP, including data lakes, data warehouses, orchestration, and observability components
• Enhance the platform with new features and services, improved monitoring and observability, and automated operational tasks
• Develop and maintain CI/CD-driven deployment processes
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to support and evolve the MLOps Platform
• Manage and optimize the data estate, including IAM and access policies, storage, monitoring, and cost control
• Design and implement secure, compliant, and user-friendly data infrastructure solutions
• Improve platform performance, reliability, security, and operational efficiency across cloud environments
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver platform capabilities
• Contribute to engineering practices including code reviews, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and data governance standards

Требования

• At least 5 years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Platform Engineering
• Strong infrastructure and platform engineering experience with modern DevOps practices, cloud technologies, AWS, GCP, Docker, and Terraform
• Expertise with BigQuery, including security, performance optimization, and cost management
• Experience with AWS data lake architectures using Athena, S3, and Glue
• Proficiency in Python, Airflow, and dbt
• Solid understanding of data security, platform security, and access management
• Experience implementing and maintaining observability and monitoring solutions such as Grafana and CloudWatch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical options and make informed trade-offs
• Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with CI/CD, code reviews, pull requests, and governance practices
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Residing in Poland
• Fluent Polish
• Nice to have: Experience designing or building MLOps platforms and supporting machine learning workflows in production environments
