Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing analytics, operations excellence, or digital transformation roles.
• Good understanding of IL6S / TPM / Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate analytical insights into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of predictive and prescriptive models to improve manufacturing KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to embed data-driven problem solving.
• Introduce and scale digital solutions for shop-floor operations.
