The role involves documenting patient progress, communicating treatment plans with clinicians, and guiding patients and families through exercises and home programs to achieve care goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PTA license for the state.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered therapy and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment intervention plans to address goals on the plan of care.
• Develop and administer therapy programs for patients to improve physical function.
