The role is part of a cross-functional team working in a SAFe environment, responsible for the development and maintenance of backend systems supporting call center operations. The team delivers solutions that enable task management, inbound and outbound call handling, and process optimization for customer service consultants.The Back-End Developer will contribute to building scalable and reliable services in a distributed environment, ensuring high performance, stability, and seamless integration with other system components. 3. Purposes and bases for processing
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
