Job summary

ipracujzdalnie.pl is seeking a PHP Developer to join our client's education-focused team in Gdańsk. You will design, implement, and deploy scalable backend features for educational applications and ensure code quality with SOLID principles and clean coding practices.

You'll work with Symfony, MongoDB, and REST/GraphQL APIs, participate in code reviews, maintain comprehensive tests, and help improve API documentation. Strong collaborative skills and proactive knowledge sharing are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend PHP development experience.
• Strong OOP PHP with Clean Code and testing.
• Strong Symfony experience.
• MongoDB knowledge and usage.
• APIs REST/GraphQL design and integration.
• Team communication and proactive knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy backend features for educational apps.
• Database design, maintain clean code and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive tests pyramid (unit to E2E).
• Participate in code reviews and uphold standards.
• Diagnose and fix bugs with monitoring systems.
• Create and update API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
