  • Experience in B2B and foreign citizen contracts (EU, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.).
  • Knowledge of contract termination procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive attitude and motivation to work.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Managing personnel records including hiring and contract extensions.
  • Coordinating payroll processes.
  • Advising employees on Polish labor law.
  • Onboarding employees with necessary documents;
  • Advising employees on personnel procedures, Polish labor law, and assisting with work/residence permits;
  • Managing PPK data transfer to external systems;
  • Issuing certificates and organizing business trips;
  • Training employees on confidentiality and commercial secrets;
  • Collaborating with HR and accounting departments;
  • Communicating with international personnel departments on HR issues.

The international IT company Andersen invites a Personnel Officer to join its Polish team.

  • Managing personnel records: hiring, relocations, sick leaves, vacation scheduling, contract extensions, dismissals, and timesheet management;
  • Coordinating payroll processes;
  • Maintaining personnel files and documentation;
  • Onboarding employees with necessary documents;
  • Advising employees on personnel procedures, Polish labor law, and assisting with work/residence permits;
