Job summary

Mercor is seeking a People Programs Specialist to run universal onboarding, manager development, and employee experience programs. You’ll be the first face new hires meet, coordinating across Talent, IT, Workplace, Finance and managers while turning feedback and data into clear recommendations for People leadership.

You will own onboarding, upskill programs, and drive vendor management, contributing to Mercor’s fast-growing environment and ensuring consistency across cohorts as the company

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on program management in People programs, onboarding, learning and development, employee experience or People operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
• You've run a company-wide onboarding program or a comparable recurring program across many teams, and can show how you measured and improved it.
• Experience coordinating vendors, budgets and external facilitators

Responsibilities

• Run universal onboarding cohorts end to end, from pre-start logistics and communication through day one, orientation and 30, 60 and 90 day check-ins.
