Viktor is seeking a dedicated People teammate based in Warsaw to own the onboarding experience for new joiners across multiple hubs, including Warsaw, Munich, New York and Dublin.
You will coordinate relocations, manage the end-to-end new-joiner journey, and work closely with the Operations (People) team. This is the first dedicated People hire, reporting to the Head of Operations.
Viktor is the AI teammate. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does real work for real companies: finance, marketing, ops, engineering. We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack.
The team is small. The scope is not.
You own the experience of every person at Viktor from signed offer onward: onboarding, relocations and everything after, for 5-10 joiners a month across Warsaw, Munich, New York and Dublin.
You're our first dedicated People hire, based in Warsaw and reporting to Paweł Siuciak, Head of Operations. Contracts and compliance sit with Operations (People); you own the person's journey.
Run onboarding end to end: the hand-off from recruiting, pre-start setup, welcome kits, the first week, buddies and 30/60/90 check-ins.
Run relocations: coordinate visa steps with our providers, own the timeline, and help with housing and arrival.
Look after milestones, role and office changes, recognition, offboarding, and rituals that work in every office.
Travel to New York, Dublin and Munich for hub launches and joiner cohorts.
Every joiner goes through one onboarding program, with a named buddy before day one.
Feedback is captured after week one and day 30.
A relocation playbook has been used on a real move.
Onboarding runs at a hub without Paweł in the room, and joiner comms run automatically through Viktor.
You've organised something real for other people, end to end (an event, a program, a cohort or a move), and you know how many people it involved and what you did yourself.
You notice what needs doing and do it, without being asked.
Asked what you'd change about a first week, you pick one thing and defend it.
Strong English, spoken and written.
You use AI tools to systematise your own work.
People experience, to you, means policies, forms or a ping-pong table.
You wait for a plan, or your best work is a deck rather than something shipped.
You guard your territory. This role shares edges with recruiting, the office team and Operations (People).
You've run onboarding, a buddy program or a community program at a startup.
You've relocated internationally, or helped others do it.
You make welcome kits and content people want to keep.
Joiners arrive while the flow is still being built. There's no senior People person above you: Paweł sets direction, you build and run it. People outside Warsaw are easy to forget, and nobody controls immigration timelines.
You build the People function, then lead it as the team grows.
Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.
We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.
We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.
This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.
That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.
Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.
The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
