Join our team! We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join Thomson Reuters Latin America General Accounting Operations (AO) located in Heredia, Costa Rica. This role will be responsible to ensure all the payroll accounting areas like regular payroll, bonus, pension, severance, stock-based compensation etc., are accounted accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical, problem‑solving, project management and technical accounting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. You must have a positive demeanor with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, functions like HR, finance, payroll and auditors.
