Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a security-focused professional in Warsaw to coordinate and manage penetration testing projects, ensuring timely delivery of assessment activities and remediation actions. You will partner with IT and the department head to schedule vulnerability scans, network penetration tests, and risk assessments, and you will track action items through to completion.

This role supports technology refreshes and core banking platform upgrades, contributing to secure change management

• Performs, coordinates and manages assigned penetration testing coordination responsibilities and projects to include the creation and/or maintenance of technology project activities, plans, project task implementation action items.
• Supports the Head of the Department in coordinating and preparing requested items for audits, examinations, scheduling independent third-party tests such as vulnerability scans, network penetration tests, as well as various risk assessments. Assists with remediation plans and coordinates follow-up activities.
• Works closely with Information Technology on scheduling technology refresh projects, as well as core banking and ancillary application and/or platform upgrades or other system development lifecycle technology upgrades.
