This position aims to enhance team productivity, drive continuous improvement in peer review processes, and support the team's involvement in broader departmental strategic projects and initiatives. As motivational leaders, Peer Review Managers will ensure that performance targets are met, manage staff effectively, and engage in editorial office projects and collaborations with external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. with product teams to propose and defin e product development requirements in line with the company targets and customer satisfaction goals. **Requirements** Previous experience in an operational/process driven role within a target-led commercial organization is essential. Proven experience within a publishing role, with an understanding of the changes and challenges facing academic publishing Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English and ability to handle challenging conversations directly in a diplomatic and constructive way. Strong and proven influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly to work effectively with stakeholders in other departments with competing priorities and resources Strong organizational skills with the ability to digest large amounts of information and react effectively to urgent situations. A working knowledge of flowcharts, process maps and spreadsheet programs would be an advantage.
