Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Polish Payroll in an HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environment.
• Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
• Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Polish payroll from end to end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues to ensure timely handling.
• Produce and understand standard and client-specific payroll reports.

Job description

* Independently process polish payroll from end to end according the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks* Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds* Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing and all associated activities* Be able to understand and interpret a payslip* Be able to understand and follow polish payroll calendar* Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities* Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information* Produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs* Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness and initiates corrections per the defined standards* Answer payroll related questions and requests* Provide clear knowledge transfers to peers* Support and manage system maintenance testing* Support technical issue coordination and resolution* Maintains current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures* Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned* 2-3 years relevant experience administering Polish Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment* Strong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with polish payroll* Ability to identify and mitigate risks* Very good English skills (B2 minimum)* Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment* Attention to detail* Excellent written and verbal skills* Self-motivated and a willingness to learn* Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures* Private medical care* Possibility to work remotely* Possibility for development within a multinational organization* Attractive benefits package* Excellent work atmosphereAs pioneers in payroll, human capital and financial management solutions, we blend leading-edge technology with human ingenuity to keep you moving forward.
