Job summary

tribe47 is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research projects in a fast-paced agency environment. You will plan, moderate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies, translating insights into practical business and marketing implications.

A strong portfolio and client-facing communication are essential. Fluency in English and Polish (B2/C1) is required, with the ability to present insights to clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial UX research experience.
• Expert in planning, moderating, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong portfolio/case studies showing impact on product/strategy.
• Experience in marketing research and expert audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research projects independently: define goals, choose methods, conduct studies, analyze data.
• Create strategic recommendations turning findings into business, marketing, and design insights.
• Present findings and facilitate workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Strategists, and Account Managers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
