Job summary

Diocese of Joliet Catholic Schools in Downers Grove, IL seeks a Substitute Teacher for St. Mary of Gostyn. Responsibilities

Serve as a positive role model and support the Catholic Church teachings.
Create a faith-focused learning environment in the classroom.
Facilitate student academic and interpersonal growth.
Implement the absent teacher's plans with fidelity and document progress.
Leave detailed notes for the absent teacher and ensure safety.
Differentiate instruction based on student needs and use available technology.
Supervise students during activities outside the classroom and coordinate with staff.
