Responsibilities

• Support Cross Category Buyers on administrative management of procurement contracts across categories.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support core team activities.
• Populate supplier data in procurement systems and convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
• Prepare reports, organize signature processes, and investigate invoice discrepancies.
