TMF Group in Katowice is seeking an experienced P2P/AP specialist to own end-to-end processing within the accounts payable function. You will handle complex transactions, reconciliations, and support audits, while delivering high-quality service within a defined process area.
The role requires a university degree in Finance or related field, 2–4 years of P2P/AP experience, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English and Turkish.

We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
In this role you will act as an expert within P2P, ensuring high-quality delivery, resolving complex issues and driving process improvements. You will operate within a defined process area or team, handling complex operational activities, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring achievement of service delivery objectives.
The required office presence is two days per week at our Katowice location.
