In this role, you will be responsible for the achievement of Control Valves Spare Parts & MRO Bookings target for the appropriate product lines within the PB&U sales territory.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for STO planning and Spare Parts business growth.
  • Cooperate with respective FCV Inside Sales & Outside Sales Teams to lead the quoting and pricing process of spare parts.
  • Actively support development of spare parts pricing frame agreements.
  • Cooperate with XBU Sales Management to support spare parts pricing process within XBU contracts.
  • Actively coordinate STO planning with assigned FCV Service Engineers.
  • Actively visit existing customers to plan and execute agreed STO support and spare parts availability. Arranging spare parts permanent and temporary stocks where applicable.
  • Actively look for new opportunities to sell assigned products and services to new customers and industries, maintain a project opportunity list for the assigned sales area in the CRMoD.
  • Support and regularly update business expectations within the designated product lines and Region / Accounts using POR and S&OP Processes together with the Flow Controls Management.
  • If required and agreed with Flow Controls Management and/or Region X-BU Sales Leaders, participate in customer development activities as trade shows, fairs, conferences aiming to promote the sale of spare parts and products within PB&U Region.
  • Cooperate closely with operations, order management, project execution and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customer and maximize the customer’s overall satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with the company’s Trade Compliance procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Inside or Outside Sales - Valves related positions will be appreciated
  • Engineering degree or comparable technical education
  • Strong proficiency in Office Package and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish. Fluent in English.
  • Driving license
  • Willingness to travel within the Region (50% time)
