Order to Cash/Bill Specialist with German (The Agile Team)

You will be part of the Agile workforce, supporting various clients in F&A based on current business needs.

Responsible for independent, timely, and accurate processing of O2C transactions according to process documentation, ICS/internal controls, process improvement, and trainings.

Support the team and TL in clarifying operational issues. Collaborate closely with team members, experts, and TLs.

Prepare and conduct trainings/workshops for internal and client purposes.

Record, verify, and execute transactions according to process documentation, including complex ones.

Update, create, and review SD.

Understand, monitor, analyze, and propose corrective actions regarding KPIs/SLA's.

Drive personal initiatives and improvements in cooperation with stakeholders.

Participate in transition and roll-in projects.
