In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.**Your role:*** Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked* Pro-active collaboration with stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team* Ensure that all parts of a customer orders are correctly listed on the order* Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization* Ensure timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy* Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team**You're the right fit if:*** **You have some experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management or Logistics*** **You are proficient in English languages (C1)*** You have **good communication skills** and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results,* You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail,* You have knowledge of **SAP** or ther ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage)**Our benefits:*** Hybrid model of working* Employment contract* Annual bonus based on performance achieved* Private medical care with the option to extend it to family members* Benefit System cards* Discount for Philips’ products* Wide variety of trainings & learning opportunities* Promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the office* Employee Assistance Program**How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
