Job summary

Sorting Group Poland Sp. z o.o. invites applications for the Operator Machine Production role. You will work on a three-shift schedule and contribute to assembly on wagons using manuals, with on-the-job training and support from a coordinator.

The position is based in Poland and offers a contract of mandate, a busy yet pleasant environment, and opportunities for performance bonuses as you grow with our team. Safety, accuracy and teamwork are highly valued, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Manual dexterity and physical fitness.
• Preferred: ability to wire electrical switchboards and assemble connectors.

Responsibilities

• Initial and final assembly on wagons using instructions.
• Operating tools and power tools.
• Final Assembly, Wagon Assembly.
• Tool maintenance and keeping equipment in good condition.
• Work with independence and precision.
