Job summary

Magna Seating in Poland seeks an Warehouse Operator to unload, inspect, and receive deliveries, ensure proper stock receipts, and support materials movement to the production line. You will manage container circulation with suppliers, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety and storage standards on site.

The role requires forklift experience, good organizational skills, and ability to work with computers.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift license (UDT) required.
• Practical forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and inspecting deliveries for compliance.
• Maintain delivery documentation.
• Accurately receive materials into stock per instructions.
• Prepare materials for shipments and load them.
• Handle returnable containers between Magna Automotive Poland and suppliers; record circulation.
• Provide materials to assembly line; ensure continuous supply in correct quantities.
• Ensure proper storage using barcode scanners.
• Adhere to FIFO (First In First Out).
• Prepare parts for pre-serial vehicles.
• Empty transport containers of production waste.
• Coordinate with Logistics on quantities, quality, and delivery times.
• Collaborate with Quality and external suppliers on delivery quality checks.
• Store materials in warehouse per safety rules and site guidelines.
• Care for forklifts, shelves and other warehouse equipment.
• Handle shipments of finished goods to customers.
• Participate in plant inventories.

• Rozładunek i kontrola zgodności dostaw.
• Prowadzenie dokumentacji dostaw.
• Prawidłowe przyjęcie materiału na stan magazynowy wg obowiązującej instrukcji.
• Przygotowywanie materiałów do wysyłek oraz ich załadunek.
• Obrót pojemnikami zwrotnymi między firmą Magna Automotive (Poland) sp. z o.o. a dostawcami. Rejestracja obrotu pojemnikami.
• Dostarczanie materiałów na linię montażową; zapewnianie ich ciągłej dostępności w odpowiedniej ilości.
• Zapewnienie właściwego składowania materiałów poprzez wykorzystanie skanerów kodów kreskowych.
• Przestrzeganie zasad FIFO (First In First Out – pierwsze przyjęte, pierwsze wydane).
• Przygotowywanie części do aut przedseryjnych.
• Opróżnianie pojemników transportowych z odpadami produkcyjnymi
• Współpraca z Logistykami w zakresie monitorowania ilości, jakości i czasu dostaw.
• Współpraca z Działem Jakości oraz zewnętrznymi firmami kooperującymi w zakresie kontroli jakościowej dostaw.
• Składowanie materiałów na magazynie zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami BHP oraz ogólnozakładowymi wytycznymi.
• Dbanie o wózki widłowe, regały i inne wyposażenie magazynu.
• Obsługa wysyłek wyrobu gotowego do klienta.
• Udział w zakładowych inwentaryzacjach.

Wymagane umiejętności i uprawnienia:

• Uprawnienia do prowadzenia wózków widłowych (UDT)
• Praktyczna umiejętność i doświadczenie w obsłudze wózka widłowego.
• Dobra organizacja pracy, sprawność w działaniu.
• Umiejętność pracy z komputerem.
