Your role:

As a key team member, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of a team of transport planners and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily logistics processes on behalf of our clients.

What will we do together?
  • Manage the team by organizing workload, motivating employees, supporting their development, and resolving issues,
  • Acts as the first point of contact to customer and our team,
  • Oversee daily execution of transport orders and manage cooperation with logistics service providers,
  • Monitor shipments, handle exceptions, generate reports, and ensure high quality in all operational processes,
  • Drive process improvements, implement new system solutions, and collaborate with internal steakholders,
  • Participate in optimization projects and ensure the achievement of operational and budgetary goals.
Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role related to transportation, supply chain, or transport operations execution,
  • Strong knowledge of air and ocean transport – must have,
  • Team management experience,
  • Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the logistics and transport sector,
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal steakholders,
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken),
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure,
  • Strong communication and leadership skills,
