A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Site Operations Leader for its offshore wind farm in Ustka, Poland. The role involves leading the team, ensuring safety and operational excellence, and managing technician performance. Join us in this role where you’ll lead and support the safe and efficient delivery of operations and maintenance at our offshore wind farm, Baltica 2 in Ustka, Poland. You will focus on fostering a positive health, safety, and environmental culture, while maximising performance and contributing to sustainable energy solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Site to implement key performance indicators, oversee teams of technicians, and deliver continuous improvements to site operations, helping to shape the future of green energy.
You’ll be part of Operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will coordinate daily site activities, manage technician performance, and uphold asset integrity, all within a collaborative and highly skilled environment. Our team is made up of dedicated professionals with expertise in wind turbine operations and maintenance, working alongside the Head of Site, and supporting the development of our technician workforce.
